Regional lymphadenectomy is essential when nodal metastasis is confirmed in melanoma, SCC, or other malignancies. Dr Elango offers neck, axillary, and groin dissections with careful attention to function preservation and nodal clearance.

With fellowship training in sarcoma surgery, Dr Elango manages soft tissue and retroperitoneal sarcomas. He offers en bloc resections in collaboration with medical oncologists and radiation specialists, balancing oncologic control with functional preservation.

Lipomas are benign fatty tumors that can be removed for comfort, diagnosis, or cosmetic reasons. Surgery is typically done under local or general anaesthetic as a day case, with minimal downtime.
